Steps taken for this venture:

Here is a list of the steps taken for this project:

  1. Collection of industry professional interviews, development of a known problem, target consumer, and value proposition.

  2. 10 simulated tests to support our problem consisting of surveys and focus groups, leading to an in class presentation of one of our tests.

  3. Market opportunity analysis, assessing the problem, solution, competitors, and unique value proposition.

  4. Financial analysis of our business, broken down to every cost that the business will have to endure.

  5. Had a final presentation in class with feedback and a meeting with our professor to discuss changes to our presentation. We re-did our slides and combined all the assignments for the final product.
